Photographer Edits Family In Photoshoot, Internet Is In Stitches Over The Mistake (7 photos)

To make her client family feel more beautiful, one professional photographer used Photoshop to change the way they looked completely. With an airbrush tool, the photographer removed the family’s features, smoothed out their skin tone, and made them look “perfect.” But the result was far from perfect. Instead, it was like a family out of a nightmare.  And I can only imagine how horrified the family was to see their faces after the “professional” got done with their work.

Just a day after CVS announced that they would no longer be using images that were edited in an effort to showcase normal beauty standards, this photographer shared pictures that were utterly disturbing.

When the family hired this photographer to help capture a family portrait, they never expected to get back images that looked completely unlike them. But that is what happened. The photographer got carried away with the editing tools and soon changed the faces of the family from normal to scary.

The result was surprising and disturbing.

Although the photographer claimed to be removing the shadows on the people’s faces, they removed their entire faces and had to draw them back on in a crude way.

When the family looked at their “professional” images, they did not see their handsome and beautiful faces smiling back at them. Instead, they saw the ugly change that the photographer had made. And instead of it being a happy family memory, it became a horrible nightmare. It was just that creepy.

Instead of being outraged, the family laughed at the horrible mistake. And they decided to take their laughing online, so they shared the bizarre pictures with their Facebook followers.

Pam Dave Zaring wrote on Facebook to caption the pictures:
“Ok. This is NOT a joke. We paid a photographer, who claimed to be a professional, $250 for a family photo shoot. Please see these FOR REAL photos she delivered to us. She said the shadows were really bad on the beautiful, clear, sunny day and that her professor never taught her to retouch photos. Feel free to share. I literally have not laughed this hard in YEARS!!!!! You can’t make this stuff up, again, this is NOT a joke – final product.”

Because they’re utterly hilarious, the photos have been shared hundreds of thousands of times. And they have gone on to attract attention from all over the world.

Pam later added: “In no way is this post meant to be vicious. It was worth the money we spent for the humor we received!!!! I hope y’all have laughed as hard as we have!!!!”

Facebook users also found the touchups to be hilarious.

“So funny! What the hell was she thinking when she gave these to you?!” one person wrote.

Another added: “I don’t know what’s worst…. the teeth or the different sized eyeballs.”

One person suggested that the family should hire the photographer again for a follow-up shoot. They said it would be “comedic gold.”

“Just think you have your Christmas card photos done for next year! Your faces are flawless! Hope all is well!”
